The girls went with me to pick up our new chair this evening. They were disappointed, at the showroom, that they couldn’t sit in it yet, but all was well after I let them choose a place to stop for dinner. Proving that they are, in fact, mine, they chose pizza. I wish I knew Faribault better, because I’m sure there’s someplace nicer than the Pizza Hut where we ate, but still – it pretty much blew their minds. In a good way. And the chair looks great, too.
Oooh, this is bringing the sweetest image to my mind: 2 bright eyed, excited little girls sitting in a big red booth in a dark Pizza Hut. Did they get overly excited about the large, red, bumpy textured glasses filled to the brim with ice water and a straw? The only place that I know of in Faribault for better pizza is GODFATHER’S! I know it is not very original but who can top a thick slice of Godfather’s?
