Snow, where have you been?
Keep falling, please, and if you
Don’t mind, stay till May

Snow can’t stay around till May!
    End of March at best

Look, are you TRYING to kill me?

  • 3 admin // Feb 18, 2009 at 4:40 pm

    I’m very sorry
    But I can only accept
    Complaints in haiku

  • 4 admin // Feb 18, 2009 at 4:42 pm

    But no, I am not
Trying to kill you. Why try
    When nature is doing fine?

    More snow is coming
    falling slowly from the sky
    ski until you die

    The snow is melting.
    Time to face facts, Christopher.
    It’s all Dubya’s fault.

    I will not concede
    The vernal equinox is
    Nearly a month off

    Too tired to attempt haiku.
    Just want to say:
Spoken like a true person who does NOT spend all day every day inside with two children under five.
    Bring on snow-pants-less playground play!!!

    You’re right, of course, dear:
Snow sucks. Our kids hate sledding,
    Snowmen and all that.

    Spend more time indoors
scratch the itch you’ll never find
    dawn snow on fresh blood

    how about this

    Rivers frozen still
    Waterfalls like ice pillars
    Standing clear as glass

    Snow on the rooftops
    Icicles under the eaves
    Like a forts ramparts

    Snow so crystal white
    Snowmen on their own outside
    Children in the warm

    try this:

    Pond, there, still and old!
A frog has jumped from the shore.
    The splash can be heard.
