I snuck out of the house this morning to do some intervals on the Arb trails. Last night’s sleet had, predictably, turned the barely-skiable snow into rock-hard ice. The brilliant sunshine made up for the terrible conditions.

Gaaaah, I had written a looooong comment and then it all disappeared thanks to a missing email address. Annoying. So I’ll write it shorter this time.
I’d love to share the program with you. But in order for me to not have to write 3 different programs, could you please choose which one you want:
